Direct Broadcast Satellite use was also noted in the Vallely / Aquino MindWar paper (1980) which later circulated in conspiracy theory circles due to William Milton Cooper, Fritz Springmeier (whose Bloodlines of the Illuminati was found during Operation Neptune Spear on 1st May 2011 in Osama bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, amongst OBL’s bookshelf reading.
